Things You Should Know / Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Pre-Registration / “Pre-Register Now, Reserve Later”?
Pre-registration means you are entering our system, securing your spot on the participation list, and planning to reserve your show space at a later date.
✅ This allows you to hold a space as long as availability remains.
✅ You will receive emails, updates, casting announcements, and reminders as events approach.
✅ You will also receive quick-access registration links when you’re ready to officially reserve.

  • How Can I Register? (3 Options)
You may complete your official registration using any of the following methods:
    ▪ Register in full
    ▪ Place a deposit
    ▪ Start a $50/week payment plan

  • What Happens After I Register?
Within 24 hours, a team member will email you:
    ▪ A welcome package
    ▪ A request for the city/cities you would like to participate in
    ▪ Additional show information and next steps

  • Do I Have to Submit a Portfolio or Show My Work in Advance?
We are an equal opportunity showcase — many participants are just starting their business or developing samples. For that reason, you do not need to show your clothing or merchandise prior to the event, especially if you’re a new designer.
✅ It is your responsibility to ensure your samples are wearable, viable, and sellable, unless your pieces are custom or couture.

  • Need a Special Payment Option?
If you require a personalized or alternative registration plan based on your needs, schedule, or budget, simply email our team — and we will be happy to assist you with custom options.
